You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, simply go to “My account” and then to the “Subscription” tab. Once you've done this, select the subscription you wish to cancel and click on “Cancel my subscription”.
YES! It is possible to change the quantity of products in your subscription. At Solage, we leave it up to you to decide the quantity of products in your subscription.
To change the quantity of products, please go to the relevant subscription in “My account”, then to the “Subscription” tab. Select the product whose quantity you wish to change, then save the changes.

NO! The price of your subscription remains the same as that of your first subscription order. If you pay €50 for your subscription, you'll still pay €50 for the same subscription.
To change your payment method, please follow the steps below:
- Go to your customer area and click on the “Subscription” tab.
- Click on “More details”, all the details of your subscription will be displayed, and you will be able to change your payment method by clicking on the “Validate” button.
