7-Strain Probiotic Cure - Solbiotic

The Best Way to Restore Your Gut Flora

Solbiotic is a broad-spectrum synbiotic combining a prebiotic, fructo-oligosaccharides, with 7 strains of lactic bacteria (20 billion CFU per capsule).

Among its ingredients, Solbiotic features Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1, a unique and scientifically studied strain.

Solbiotic is manufactured through a patented process that ensures the stability of the strains at room temperature and their safe delivery to the intestines, protected from gastric and bile acids.

The effectiveness of the probiotics in Solbiotic has been scientifically proven.

Probiotics are transient guests of the gut flora. Therefore, daily intake is recommended.

Usage Precautions and Possible Side Effects

Ensure a 4-hour interval between using bacteria-based probiotics and antibiotics.

According to current knowledge, this product does not cause any side effects when consumed at the recommended dosage.

Why choose Solbiotic over other probiotic preparations?

• Solbiotic offers a powerful, comprehensive formula containing 7 different strains of lactic acid bacteria (probiotics) with a total of 20 billion CFU (colony-forming units) per capsule.

• Each strain is carefully selected for its unique properties, and together they provide a broad spectrum of benefits. Some strains work synergistically.

• The Lactobacillus acidophilus strain used (DDS-1) has been the subject of scientific research, showing unique effectiveness against various pathogenic bacteria. Research has demonstrated that this DDS-1 strain produces more acidophilin (a bactericidal substance) than other L. acidophilus strains.

• Solbiotic includes a prebiotic, specifically FOS (fructooligosaccharides). Since probiotics are living organisms, studies have shown their effectiveness increases when combined with dietary fibers that serve as their food source.

• The production process of Solbiotic ensures protection of the probiotics from stomach acids and bile salts, preserving their full effectiveness in the intestines.

• Solbiotic features patented technology that ensures high stability of the strains at room temperature, eliminating the need for refrigeration.

• Solbiotic is free from dairy, eggs, lactose, gluten, soy, corn, wheat, artificial coloring, and flavoring.

Extra protection

Probiotics must remain “alive” until they reach the colon. Solbiotic's production involves several key protective measures:

• The strains are specifically chosen for their ability to survive acidic environments (extremely low pH).

• Capsules are coated to ensure their contents are only released in the intestines, providing additional protection against stomach acids and bile salts.

• Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) have been added to nourish the synbiotic*.

Ease of use:

• The capsules are easy to swallow (small vegetarian capsules containing 200 mg of probiotics each).

• No need for refrigeration, making them convenient for daily use or travel.

• Patented technology ensures excellent product stability at room temperature.

Safe for daily use:

Lactobacilli, bifidobacteria, and Streptococcus thermophilus (also found in yogurt) have been part of our diet for years. These strains are safe and suitable for daily consumption.

• If you experience bloating, acid reflux, flatulence, diarrhea, or constipation.

• In cases of dysbiosis (imbalance of the gut microbiota).

• For irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

• Before and during a trip where you may consume food prepared under uncertain conditions (traveler’s diarrhea).

• To boost resistance against harmful bacteria, intestinal fungi, and to strengthen immunity.

• To regenerate gut flora, especially after prolonged use of antibiotics.

Additional Tips

- To resist infections, you can pair Solbiotic with Solimmun to fight flu and colds.

- If you want to improve your digestion more deeply, consider supporting your liver with Milk Thistle Phytosome as well as Liposomal Glutathione.

Scientific Information

Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1 is a specific strain of L. acidophilus. This patented strain has been meticulously characterized at the University of Nebraska (USA) and has been available for over 30 years.

The unique features of L. acidophilus DDS-1 include:

• A natural resident of the human gut flora,

• Of human origin,

• Highly resistant to gastric juices and bile acids,

• Usage has been monitored for over 30 years.

Studies

Not all probiotics are the same. Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1 has been extensively studied.

In fact, the DDS-1 strain produces more acidophilin (a bactericidal substance) compared to other L. acidophilus strains. As a result, DDS-1 can combat various pathogenic bacteria, including Bacillus subtilis, Clostridium (botulinum & perfringens), E. coli, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella (enteritidis & typhimurium), Staphylococcus (aureus & faecalis), and H. Pylori (3).

Research findings show that L. acidophilus DDS-1 is effective in cases such as:

1. Traveler's diarrhea prevention (3).

Seventy travelers took 2x10⁹ CFU/day for a week before heading to Guatemala, Mexico, and Nepal. Only 2 experienced digestive issues, while 25-30% of travelers typically face such problems.

2. Atopic dermatitis (5).

In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 90 children (ages 1-3) with atopic dermatitis symptoms, the combination of L. acidophilus DDS-1, FOS, and Bifidobacterium lactis UABLA-12 at a dose of 2x5x10⁹ CFU/day significantly reduced symptoms. Using the SCORAD index (severity of skin eruptions, itching, and sleep disturbance), the probiotic group recorded a 33.7% symptom reduction compared to a 19.4% reduction (p = 0.001) in the placebo group.

3. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (6).

Twenty-five patients (aged 25-86) diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome took a multi-strain probiotic: L. acidophilus DDS-1, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis (UAS Laboratories), and FOS. They consumed 24x10⁹ CFU/day for 4 weeks, followed by a half dose (12x10⁹ CFU/day) for the next 4 weeks. After two months, significant symptom improvement was observed, with reduced abdominal pain (-84%), bloating (-73.9%), regurgitation (-92%), flatulence (-88%), diarrhea (-90.9%), and constipation (-86.9%).

PROBIOTICS - PREBIOTICS - SYNBIOTICS

Probiotics are live microorganisms that promote health by contributing to a balanced gut flora:

• Protection against pathogens: by lowering pH, producing bactericidal substances, competing for receptors, fermenting nutrients, chelating, and metabolizing toxins.

• Immune stimulation: GALT (gut-associated lymphoid tissue) is the largest immune organ, with around 75% of immune cells located in the gut.

• Assisting digestion: breaking down proteins and metabolizing lactose.

• Protecting and energizing colon epithelium: through fermentation products like arginine, glutamine, SCFAs (short-chain fatty acids), and linoleic acids.

• Vitamin production (Vitamin K, B group).

• Facilitating calcium absorption.

• Eliminating carcinogens: bifidobacteria degrade certain xenobiotics.

Prebiotics are dietary fibers (e.g., inulin, fructo-oligosaccharides or FOS) that cannot be digested by human enzymes but are fermented by gut flora. They nourish probiotics. With inulin or FOS, bifidobacteria in the gut flourish. The combination of probiotics and prebiotics is called SYNBIOTIC.

FAQ
FAQ (questions fréquentes)

- Most of our nutrients come from France or Europe (local is a priority), except when we can't do otherwise (for curcuma, for example). We never choose ingredients from places or countries where quality is not assured and workers are poorly paid.

- Solage products are designed in France and manufactured according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards from the pharmaceutical industry and the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) method, developed by NASA.

Both methods implement procedures, documents and controls to guarantee perfect traceability and the absence of biological or chemical contamination.

- Solage is a French company, and its products are registered with the relevant authorities.

Solage products are safe, with no bad surprises.

To answer this question, we distinguish between three types of product, depending on their nature and intended purpose:

1/ Ideally taken as a continuous treatment: those which compensate for a nutritional or age-related deficiency, and which serve to restore the body's functions without altering its normal metabolism.

- Common nutritional deficiencies: marine omega-3, vitamin C, magnesium, vitamin D between October and May

- Age-related or pathological deficiencies: Ubiquinol, Glutathione, Iron, Collagen (type I and II)

- To help the body deal with underlying problems: Saffron, Ashwagandha, Men's and women's urinary comfort, cholesterol

2/ To be taken in a cure, but where a break is not necessarily necessary if you or your healthcare professional find it useful:

Detox: Milk thistle, Glutathione

Digestion: Probiotics

3/ Products where a break is useful:

- Curcumin: at least a break of a few days between each box, as it modifies metabolic pathways in the body

- Echinacea (immunity): a break of a few days between each box so as not to over-stimulate the immune system

- Melatonin: avoid taking it every day over the long term, so as not to habituate the body.

In all cases, it's important to remember that the products we offer are genuinely active, that it's important to respect dosage and that they are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

This will of course depend on the product and your physiological state.

It's worth remembering that physiology is a long-term process, and that it generally takes two to three months, sometimes longer, to achieve a profound change.

However, the feeling is generally quicker, between 15 days and two months. It is then necessary to continue to try to fix these initial results in greater depth.

However, this will be much quicker with subsequent products:

- Melatonin and sublingual GABA, which have a very rapid onset of action (between two minutes and 30 minutes)

- Probiotics (48 hours to two weeks))
